  • PICAXE is BACK!!!! - After numerous requests from many of my former PICAXE(r) customers and some negotiations with Peter Anderson, Wulfden is now offering specifically the wonderful little PICAXE(r) 08M and 08M related products. We continue to stock and sell Picaxe related items like the K107 Serial LCD Controller, the various breadboards and power supplies, and the various I2C Devices

    The PRC for Platform Module is a module developed for the Parallax Propeller Platform Module to enable easy connection of servos and sensors for robotics. Now, with the introduction of the Pixter X Platform Module (see below) for the PICaxe 40X2 it has relevance in the PICaxe world.

    The Pixter X Platform Module allows easy interfacing of the powerful 40X2 chip to a family of boards with a standardized interface.

    • PICaxe 40x2 running at 32Mhz
    • 64kb EEPROM
    • 5V and 3.3V 1.5A Voltage Regulators accept 5.5v min. power input
    • A barrel jack and terminal block power connector
    • 2.8" x 2.5" footprint with pin sockets to add additional Platform modules.

    What is the Gadget Gangster Platform? It is a lot like the Arduino with a few improvements on the basic idea;

    • Modules (a.k.a. shields) can be connected to each other on top and bottom.
    • The board footprint is the same as ExpressPCB's MiniBoard service. Adding your own custom module is inexpensive and straightforward.
    • Platform Modules are licensed under the MIT license (essentially public domain), giving you more flexibility.

    PICAXE 08M Prototype Board - bare PCB or complete kit! PH Anderson designed protyping board for the Picaxe 08M. Documentation and schematic for board is available.
